It's not been that long ago since we spoke about the perfectly codenamed "area for large-scale battles in Obsidian Sanctum". Given that it was in the game files already, it hinted at the area being at least half done. This is a great news and the GvG scene can explode again with this update. I am looking forward to the ladders seeing significantly much more action.

Balance update is coming in on 10 Dec. Which is about a month away. We will have two relevant updates this early after the overhaul to borderlands and then the bloodlust tweak? Speaking about all these changes...isn't there something we missed? Yes there is. The guru of "skill lag" has in his own words emerged from the bat cave and will be bringing us server optimizations in the 12 Nov update. Skill lag's going to get a slap in the face. I am more afraid for him than he is or he's keeping a strong facade. Updating something like that on a live game as he said requires big cojones!
