Endure Pain: Recharge reduced from 90 to 60.
Adrenaline Surge: 30s -> 25s
Rush: Aftercast reduced by .2 seconds. Transition between the run and swing portion smoothed out for hitting moving targets.
Hammer Shock: Reduced the aftercast by .4 seconds.
Staggering Blow: Reduced the aftercast by .25 seconds.
Backbreaker: Reduced the aftercast by .25 seconds.
Crushing blow: Reduced the aftercast by .2 seconds.
Cleansing Ire: New Master tier trait with the following effects. Gain adrenaline when hit. Remove a condition for every bar of adrenaline spent.

Those are in no way in line with what they say about the upcoming changes. Also they said necro's would not get access to stability/stun breakers.
Not to mention they want professions to be balanced for sPvP, and the changes to warrior, who is underused in sPvP doesnt get as much major changes that other professions get to balance it.
Btw. have you seen the insane changes for d/d ele's? they get soo many cd reductions, and about every class gets stronger from these changes. I really doubt they will reduce all those cd's after just nerfing it.

just realised, still no passive speedbuff for mesmers and with the change to warriors, i believe its the only class that can by no means (utilitiy or trait) increase their movement out of comobat. They however are able to do so in combat with pooping 3 clones

I didnt see alot changes that directly affect the d/d skills.
if you talk about the cd reduction on the cantrips (Lightning Flash and Cleansing Fire) that is because they remove the stunbreaker attribute from them
and I personally would prefer keeping the stunbreaker on at least Lightning Flash rather than the reduced cdConfunda

but i still say its bs, cus of changes like: (necro)
= New Grandmaster trait – Dhuumfire: Inflict burning to opponents for 4 seconds on critical hit. This effect can only occur once every 10 seconds.
= New Grandmaster trait – Deathly Perception: You have a 50% greater critical chance while in Death Shroud.
note the plural, and 30% duration so thats 1s burning every 2s
together with the 50% crit buff we get while in DS

A heads up on it all. These a beta notes. Not meant for reading by us. The necro 50% I think is a 50% increase on your current rating. So 10% would go to 15%
These I think will be legitimate. And interrupting 5 people gives 25 might stacks. Using signet gives those stacks to 5 people around you. That's insane.
I love the warrior changes. So much condi removal and hammer reductions. Hammer gonna be goooooooood! Lots of mace love on the defensive side too. Might switch to mace shield for defensive purposes when in a back line.
