Constitution of the guild Swords of Underworld
Herein are included the following subjects:
History
Once, all the founding members of Sword were a part of a massive PvX guild on the server Underworld. Numbering 500, with 400 confirmed active players, it was long considered the most active guild on the server. But only the smallest part of all those members played WvW with dedication.
A number of its members decided something had to change. The rules within the guild itself were impossible to alter, since they were non-existent; it was a community of free people that objected whole-heartedly to any changes that would jeopardize that freedom. After some of the members working on a solution entered into disagreements with the guild leader, they decided to leave and start over.
And so, on March 5th, 2013, Swords of Underworld was created, with Venn Adamant as leader and Cruzyo, Juno and Kuono as officers, although all the decisions in the start involved each of the first 9 members equally. A set of major rules, called the Prime Codex, was decided upon with the purpose of further focusing the guild towards helping our server's war efforts. On July 26th 2013 Venn Adamant had to resign as Leader. He passed the Leadership to his former officers Sandokan, Persefonni, Snow, Juno and Cruzyo.
